Our Story
Golden Crust Bakery began in 1985 when our founder, Marie Laurent, brought her family's French baking traditions to this small town. What started as a single wood-fired oven in her backyard has grown into the beloved community bakery we are today.
We still use many of Marie's original recipes and techniques, updated only slightly with time but always focused on quality ingredients and time-honored methods. Our team of bakers arrives by 3am each morning to ensure everything is freshly baked by opening time.
